Hello bigger pockets family my name is James and I'm fairly new to real estate investing, I've been educating myself myself with the lingo, concepts, and often used terminology in this field. Further more after listening to so many different investors I'm considering by land and building from the ground up, are there any mentors on this forum that help me out with this process?
