Converting Single family to multifamily Baltimore Country
Does anyone have experience converting single family to a 2 unit home in baltimore county ?. I have a single family house with a unfinished basement.I am trying to make a second unit with separate entrance from the back. It is zoned RO and DR5.5 Can you tell me what all needs to be thought about before construction so i can get lisence to rent.thanks for your help.
