Hey everyone! I'm Jaden Rodriguez, i'm 22 years old, originally from Florida, and I recently moved to North Carolina to be closer to family and pursue investment opportunities. I'm focused on small to mid-sized multifamily properties in south central and eastern NC, and I’d love to connect with others that are actively investing and operating in these areas.

Hey Jaden!

Welcome to the community and congrats on the move to North Carolina! It sounds like you have a clear focus on multifamily properties, which is a great niche with lots of potential in that region. South central and eastern NC have some solid opportunities, especially with the growing markets in cities like Raleigh, Fayetteville, and Wilmington. I’m sure you’ll connect with plenty of folks here who are actively investing in those areas. If you ever need any advice on financing or investment strategies, feel free to reach out.

Looking forward to hearing more about your journey!

Best regards,

Drago

Hi Jaden and welcome to BP. I also like multifamily. I started in SFR, then bought an 8 plex and have just continued to get bigger since then. You might consider house hacking a 4 plex as your first one. In my opinion, that's the best way to get started.

Jaden,  Welcome to BP.   I would agree with the thought of a house-hack for someone in your situation.  It is a great way to get into a multi family property for very little down.

I have worked with a number of investors that are very happy with that area in NC.  I have an investor that just moved forward with a new construction duplex that happened to be fully rented when he bought it .

Best of luck to you and connect if you would like to talk more.
