What Most Investors Overlook When Funding a Flip

I have been seeing a lot of investors run into the same problem lately. They find a great deal but lose time because their funding wasn't lined up properly. I reccomend having a clear budget and timeline ready and know your target resale or rental numbers. What's been your biggest hurdle getting deals funded lately? (I'm Jesse with Insula Capital Group.
