Hi,
I have 180k to invest. Should I buy one single family used home free and clear that generates around 1500-1800$ per month rent by paying 20% down. Or 2 duplexes each around 400k by paying 20% downpayment about 80k plus 80k about 160k or purchase Quad for about 900k by paying 180k as downpayment. Is this right time to invest in real estate with lot of uncertainities and job cuts with AI, robots, stock market swings many other factors etc.
