Raleigh NC multifamily investor looking for like minded people
Hi! My name is Nate, I'm 33 years old and I recently moved to Raleigh, NC. I'm not active on Bigger Pockets but I have a passion for real estate and have been a full time real estate investor for 15 years. I currently owner operate around 500 units (all outside of NC), and I'm hoping to connect with any similar owner operators or syndicators that live in Raleigh. I'm honestly not really interested in trying to invest here in Raleigh, more so just looking to see if there are any other young, hungry people who live in Raleigh that are involved in larger multifamily who enjoy talking shop about real estate as much as I do.
