Adding Solar to a multi family
Hey wanted to see if any Landlords out there have added Solar to Multi Families. I have a property that I'm thinking about purchasing here in W Mass but its all electric and owner pays all utilities. Numbers work without Solar (pending a check on owners kWh usage) but the numbers definitely get interesting after Solar. The investment is steep though according to my preliminary research. Any info is appreciated. Thanks
