Hello all 

I am looking to start investing in vacation rental property in the Dominican Republic, in the north coast in a town call Cabarete. 

I have no previous experience investing in real state but I have read some books now and research for some info right here in biggerpockets. 

But I still have not found a formula or the best practices on analysing this type of properties. 

If somebody can give some advice on direct me where can a I get this type of information I will really appreciate it.
