I've been using the forums, podcast and used the free course that the website has available. Also I've been reading online and a few books for a few months now and I believe I've built a decent amount of general knowledge when it comes to Real Estate Investing. My next plan was to get familiar with a few investors who are actively working on fix and flips or even buy and hold. I'm looking to gain some experience and get familiar with the world of real estate investing so it's time for me to branch out and hit the real world. I understand that this journey will be a long one, one that requires me to really commit and I understand that this isn't the industry to get rich quick. All i'm looking for is learning opportunities and I was hoping to achieve a type of partnership with a local Las Vegas investor. Ideally I would really enjoy and appreciate if I could tag along to current projects and see the everyday duties of doing a flip or finding deals. In exchange for the time and the lessons I could potentially learn, I would be willing to work for you during my off days (Sundays, sometimes Saturdays) and perhaps be an extra hand in some of your projects. I could do general labor on rehabs since I have a bit of a construction background or I could look for deals for you after being taught a few ways to find them. I am willing to do many duties for you in exchange for some on the field knowledge. I might be reaching but I hope I can find someone open minded enough to take me in.
