Hey BP! I'm new to REI and looking to get into my first deal within the next 3-6 months. I've joined my local REIA and have been trying to get educated as much as I can. My main strategy would be to buy and hold or even implement the BRRR strategy. Any comments or advice please feel free to shoot me a message. Thanks!
