Looking for Recommendations for Syndication Attorneys; 506b/c

Hi all, I'm currently in the process of looking for more syndication 506b/c specialty attorneys/firms. If there is a professional that is highly recommended, please let me know because I would love the opportunity to connect with them. Thank you! Purpose: Private lending & MF investing.

@Mickayla Fatovic you might get some responses here but this forum is more for conventional lending/mortgage advice. Maybe someone will respond but you will get TONS of responses in the "Multi-Family" forums. Try there for better recommendations.

I have a securities attorney that has done five reg d offerings for me and a reg a offering as well.
He is awesome to work with and his costs are significantly lower than many of the “mainstream” attorneys who people use who charge $20-50k.

@Mickayla Fatovic, you may also want to try local law firms. A syndication is simply a security offering, and in need of a securities attorney. And given most law firms also have real estate specialists on staff too, you can likely get it all handled at a single firm.
