Heloc Rejected for investment, am I doing it wrong?!

Hey BP! 

I got rejected from my credit union because I said that I was using my HELOC for investments. Should I just say home improvements or what? Were is the best place to get a 90%LTV loan thats interest only? We have great credit and income...

Using the money to invest is a no go.

Next time tell them you are going to use it for coke and hookers and it will get approved.
