Seeking Feedback about ALL LENDERS LLC

 Good day fellow members, 

I am from Canada and came across the company AllLendersLLC in USA which claims "
We are a real estate investment firm specializing in offering private capital for commercial and residential real estate."

I would love to hear your feedbacks if you are familiar with this lending firm.  

How was your experience dealing with this firm?  The origination fee is 1% must be paid when the loan is approved of and prior to closing, is this common practice in USA?
