Does anyone represent a wholesale lender or is a broker that knows of a lender who finances commercial (multifamily) properties that operate as AIRBNBs? More importantly, does anyone have an outlet that will appraise the property off of an income-based approach appraisal and not sales comparisons? Please let me know.
