Hi! I'm looking to scale & use private lenders to expedite closing. Has anyone used... Wind stone Private Lending? Kiavi? Cornerstone Capital LLC? Or Loanbidz? If yes, what was your experience?

Hey Kim, I've worked with kiavi before, but I haven't heard of the other 3 honestly. Kiavi is a large company, smooth portal & nice reps! Sent you a message as well!

     Kiavi is a big lender as I believe is cornerstone. I do not know loanbidz. Experience depends on who you deal with - the cleaner the loan file and more organized your paperwork the smoother the process with any private lender. What type of loan are you going for? That will also play into it.

    I actually work here at Loanbidz (have been here just over 2 years).     I like groudfloor. They are pretty easy to work with. I have closed a few loans with them.
