Are You Finding It Easier to Get Deals Funded Lately?
It feels like momentum is starting to shift a bit rates are stabilizing, and more investors I’ve talked to are jumping back in with renewed confidence.
Some are getting creative by combining private money with conventional or DSCR loans, while others are building solid relationships with lenders who can move fast. From my side working with investors, I'm definitely seeing more activity, but also more collaboration people combining capital and experience to move faster on deals.
