Is there any webiste or service provider which can be used to check the credit score of the buyer? Thanks in advance for your help.

We use credco but had to go through a lot to get approved. For seller financing there are sites that can be used to check like equifax etc or other sites - you just have to sign up. My recommendation is to use a MLO and have them do all the underwriting for you Research Dan Deppen here on BP he can help
