I am currently in search for a private money lender who can fund quickly within the next 15 days. Timelines are short but figured it would be worth it to connect and discuss further on the deal!

    @Mathew Swingle I know you need quick funding. Because of your quick funding need, your best bet will be hard money lenders. Just a suggestion, if you are really interested in working with PMLs, you will need to develop relationship with them to be able to access funding on short term.

     I second Longhorn.  Also try Taylor at Emerald Dolphin.  I think he will also do his best to keep you out of bad deals or tell you if you have a good one.  Another option is Darrel Diak at Noble Mortgage...all of them local to Texas.

     Did you get it done?  What were your' experiences?  What kind of fees and interest rates did you find?  Who did you use?
