I'm having issues getting a mortgage for my next property and was wondering if there was anyone around the Raleigh, NC area that knew where I could find a bank that did not sell off their mortgages to the big companies. Turns out my DTI is too high for the big boys and don't have the 2yrs. Landlord experience required. Help please?
