Fixed 15 yr + Financing for Investment Properties
I am looking for locals lenders that offer fixed rate loans for 15 or more years to investors that already have 4 or more loans. It cant be Fannie Mae of Freddy Mac becease I believe they currently limit to 4? Please let know if you are a lender or if you know of one that may be able to do this. Thanks!
