I can't find a bank that does ELC on investment properties

I have on property with about 140k equity in it..how do I find the best bank/Lender to get the best deal? I filled out an online questionnaire ..received 100 calls and no one can seem to help Thanks in advance!

WhAts the LTV you're looking for?
What's the loan amount?
What's the current value ?
What type of property?
What state?
Your credit score ?
Full doc or stated income?
