Recommendations for Private & Hard Money Lenders in Arizona

Hi all. I'm just getting started in REI with the house flipping market here in AZ. I'm currently looking for good Private and Hard Money Lenders that offer great experiences, great customer services, and easy to deal with during the process. I would love to hear your recommendations and why you chose them as your funding partners. Looking forward to see the answers and getting started in this business!

    Hi Dalton, I have a done a couple deals with a few lenders. 

    The two I would recommend are: 

    B & E Lending (www.belending.com) - Karen Causseaux

    ReZamp Lending (http://rezamplending.com/)

    I can also recommend Rezamp Lending.  I've also used RLS Capital.  Both are very easy to work with.

    I'm new as well and will be checking in on all three of these firms. Private/hard money seems to be my biggest hurdle right now. Thank you!
