Can i Have a VA loan  and a FHA loan at the same time?

I ask this my brother told me he got a FHA loan in michigian, but used his VA loan in Oklahoma, Please advise

@Tereal Wilsonn 100% you can absolutely do this.  Not a problem.  You can also have multiple VA and FHA loans as well if the situations ever arose.

Hi Raymond how are you going to be able to use a VA loan on a rehab property? Is it going to be your primary property for a while?

on the same property - no. On separate properties, if you're eligible, then yes.

You can. But it's better to just get 2 VA loans.
