Could anyone recommend a local, community bank that likes working with investors? I'm based in Nebraska but just purchased my first turnkey in NW Houston. The quote I received from the provider seemed high, so looking for a 2nd opinion. Looking for conventional loan, will be putting 25% down and have a credit score of over 800. This will be my 6th SFH loan for context. TIA!

We have had many of our out of state clients successfully use Wells Fargo, NLC Loans & MB Financial. I believe all 3 of them will lend in almost all 50 states.
