How do you decide what terms to get the loan for a multi property

    @Leo Lopez All depend if you are looking for positive cash flow go for  30 year fix. If you want to create higher equity position  you can go with 15 year fix.

    Im looking at a deal right now for a multi family. I want to get advice for what offer to make on the property. So I can make a good investment. 

    Ive heard the roi percent 8-12, 100 dollars cash flow per unit 

    But with these what term am i looking for how much down should i give.

    can anyone help?
