Reasonable (fees) hard money lender in Hudson/Bergen County?

    @Michael Elfant try posting this in the New Jersey forum.  That will probably get you better results since local New Jersey people monitor that one closer than this forum.

    We use Rehab Financial Group, you will find most of them are consistent with each other--11-12%, 3 points, may be less if you increase your down payment. Most require monthly payments during the life of the loan. Ground Floor Finance does not require payments during the loan term but you will pay for it in the form of a much higher down payment (basically you are paying a lot upfront to avoid making payments during the loan, so it's six of one, half dozen of the other). I have shopped around and find that they all come pretty close to one another, even the companies that advertise much lower rates initially.
