Need a HELOC on investment property in Indianapolis

Hi, I have an investment property in Indianapolis and I'd like to get an Equity LOC against it. However, I'm running into difficulty finding banks that will do HELOC's on investment properties. Does anyone have any tips or referrals? Thanks!

    Peter, contact  Larry Nutt at Centier Bank or Matt Davis at Caliber, i believe both can do it.

    The best HELOC i have found on rentals is with Pen Fed Credit Union. Virtually anyone can join. They will go to 80% CLTV on a Single Family Unit. So long as you own 4 or less properties.
