Looking for Lender Licensed in MD-Delayed Financing Exception

I am currently looking to buy  a property in Maryland, since I live in Rockville

I want to use the Fannie Mae Delayed Financing Exception Strategy since I am paying Cash.

Does anyone know a lender that can help me with this .?

I would like to know what are the Requirements in regards Paperwork.

What Do I have to have ready on my end to help fast completion?
