@Amir Miraftab if you know the loan type you need just post this in the California forum for better results. Keep it up here too if you would like but I think you will get more responses in the California forum. Just a thought. Thanks!

@Amir Miraftab...depending on what you're doing, you might be able to get more specific recommendations. Different lenders, even in SD or those that lend there, have different deal appetites.

I work for Trilion Capital in San Diego and hard money lending is all we do. Look me up and give me a call.
