Hello, I am looking for a 203K loan for a property I will be purchasing. Does anyone know of or have any good FHA 203K lenders?

LoanDepot. They have loan officers who specialize in 203k. They underwrite a lot of these loans so their process is even more streamlined. check out their website.

@Ahmad Peterkin if you know what loan product you need then try posting in that state forum here on Bigger Pockets. The state forums have some good local people that monitor them and you should have some good suggestions there as well. Just a thought.
