Waiting period to re-finance when you just got put on a title
My mother owns a single-family home that has no mortgage is paid off. She allowed me to be put onto the title and we did a quick claim deed a month ago. It is showing that I am an owner stated online and on the property records. I am having a Hard time since most mortgage brokers are saying I have to wait six months to a year in order to refinance. Does anyone have advice on how I can refinance without waiting all that time? Thank you!
