My husband and our family are relocating to the Dallas area in the coming months. We've found a community we love in the Forney,TX area that is USDA eligible. However, we are having a hard time finding a lender who is knowledgeable in USDA loans in that area. We also are considering using FHA with the TSAHC down payment program. Does anyone have experience with USDA in the Dallas area? Anyone used TSAHC with their FHA in the Dallas area?

@Martine Rosa thanks for reaching out. TSAHC is one of many downpayment programs in our area and most of Forney does qualify for USDA. Keep searching. There are lenders that can help with this area.
