Looking for the best refi rates for 4 investment properties and a jumbo SFR.

Need so much more information before rate is even a consideration.

Most lenders are state specific, but we need more details about the transaction; value or purchase price, how's credit, are any of the properties owner occupied or are they all non-owner occupied, how many units in the investment properties, are they rented, what ltv do you need?
