There has been quite a bit of debate over whether the foreclosure wave will crash prices. Personally, I don't think it'll happen. I think the Federal govt will run the printers and stimulate to make that all unwind as slowly as possible. The banks are better prepared to deal with foreclosures now than they were prior to the Global Financial Crisis. I can't predict the future, but I am personally not expecting a massive crash in prices.
