80% LTV cash out refinance on SFR rental in DFW
I have a SFR in DFW area that I'm rehabbing right now. Bought the property cash and planning on renting it as soon as the rehab is done. Plan is to do a cash out refinance up to 80% LTV, but I'm wondering who's doing those long term loans in DFW?

Check out First financial bank. About a year ago I did a 75% LTV cash out refi and they were wonderful to work with.
