HELOC lender for investment property with LLC

Can someone please guide me in the right direction for HELOC lender for an investment property that's under an LLC

One of the few national providers that are offering this is Better.com: https://better.com/.
Disclosure: BiggerPockets is contemplating working with Better.com to advertise this product, but that does not change the fact that I do not believe that there are a lot of other providers offering investment HELOCs, that can cross collateralize.

Yes, a HELOAN (home equity loan) is available for investment properties. It's a 2nd position loan (if you have a 1st).
