The companies you will find in the lender finder section of BP are probably mostly companies as opposed to a private person like you are referring to. The best way to find that is networking. Go to local meetups, search these forums for people that have mentioned that they do private lending and attend other RE events.
I agree with Tim, spot on. Per your request, you need local relationships. Find a local chapter of REIA (Real Estate Investors Association). Reach out to real estate agents that specialize working with investors. You could find someone in the process of liquidating their portfolio and needs someplace to put their funds.

To find private investors, especially individuals for real estate deals, here are a few options:
Networking Events: Attend local real estate investment clubs, meetups, and industry conferences. In-person interactions are great for building trust with potential investors.
Real Estate Platforms:
BiggerPockets: A robust platform for connecting with private lenders and investors.
Fund That Flip, PeerStreet, Groundfloor: Online platforms connecting investors with real estate projects.
Social Media Groups: Facebook and LinkedIn groups dedicated to real estate investing often have private investors or lenders looking to connect.
Personal Network: Often overlooked, but friends, family, and colleagues may know individuals interested in investing.
Private Money Brokers: If you're working on wholesaling deals, you may find brokers who have established relationships with private money lenders.
Real Estate Agents: Some agents have connections with private investors, especially those focused on investment properties.
For your 50% LTV, it's good to approach investors who may be interested in lower-risk, high-equity deals.
@Amanda Dobbs you have some good comments above but we can't tell anything about the property you are looking at. Any reason why you need a "private person" here? Why won't normal lending methods work for us?
Is there a place to find Private Investors as in one person? If so, where?
Any of these real estate apps?
In the past we dealt with one guy, we paid a little higher interest but the ease was great.
Looking at 50% LTV currently.
If your borrowing is TRULY at 50% LTV, a little creativity on your part should uncover potential lenders. Here’s what I’d do. Upgrade to BP Pro, and post your deal seeking 50% LTV on the classified forum.
