Help with dscr

Posted

I found a property priced at $55,000 that needs approximately $20,000 in repairs. Does anyone know a reputable company that would support this deal.

there may be a few larger hard money lenders that will go down this low, but as Chris said its going to be below their minimums. Similar with DSCR (and this can't be DSCR with the rehab needed), but some DSCR Lenders will now go down as low as $75k or even $50k so this could be a possible DSCR Refi if you are BRRRRing
