I need private money, where do I go to get it ?

Hi BP,

I have been receiving tons of deals lately and I want to start taking them all down myself. Where would you guys recommend me to go to get private money ? I know how to get a hold of all the Hard Money lenders, but I need a private money lender who has their money just sitting in the bank doing nothing. I want to pitch them my business venture.

Private money want's to see a good track record from you and want to see you have systems, relationships, plan b's and c's, and a close ear on the market. You are the expert and all liability falls on you, make sure you are not practicing with private money

SO SOMEONE REACHED OUT TO ME IN MY EMAIL, SAID HE FOUND ME THROUGH SKIP TRACING AND SAID HE WAS A PRIVATE MONEY LENDER. MY QUESTION IS HOW DO I KNOW IF HES LEGIT?

Account ClosedYou can reach out to friends/family and colleagues for private money. Present to them sample deal and ask if they or someone they know would be interested in a deal like that. If they say yes, let them know when something comes up, you'll reach out to them.

Hi Frank,

Friends and family, real estate groups with flippers (search meetup.com), REIA meetings, and local Self Directed IRA custodian training events are all good places to find folks with IRA money to lend.
