Hello BiggerPockets!
I am having a tough time trying to find an FHA Construction-to-Permanent Loan in PA. I own a plot of land outright and would like to build a primary residence on this property. Any information regarding a lender for this would be appreciated!

@Jared Bourjolly this is one of the great things about Bigger Pockets - finding subjects that you can research years after. But the best thing I would suggest here is to post in the PA forum (Bigger Pockets has state specific forums) that you are looking for a "one-time close construction loan on your primary home close to X city"....X being whatever city you are looking to build in. Hope this helps!
