There is a cash only wholesale deal that I have found. They want offers with proof of funds by Weds at 3pm (about 2 days). Is this something that is even possible with hard money if I start the process asap?
Ideally, you want your financing to be lined up ahead of time to avoid a situation like this one. But there are a lot of nationwide (big time) hard money lenders that would still lend on the deal. It might take a few calls.
