Is 5% the annual interest rate or is the ROI compounded (30% ROI for six month investment)? What is the annual IRR (internal rate of return)?
If it is APY, IMHO, a 5% return isn't going to muster much enthusiasm for anyone well schooled in these areas.
How do you justify such a small ROI to your existing investors when they could go to any depository institituion and get the same or more (HSBC pays 6% APY for their high yield savings account for a smaller deposit and no long term committment)?
