Lease Option on a VHDA first time home buyers loan
Hey everyone I have a motivated seller that’s wants to do a lease option with me he just bought the house back in March using a VHDA first time home buyers loan now he saying that the house is to far from his job and wants to sell and would like to do a lease option we are not sure if VHDA we let him lease the home he has to write a letter to them on May 12th saying why he wants to lease the home and they will reply back in 7 days has anyone ever had to this problem? How did you handle it?
