Help With investor friendly lenders in Alabama

I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast for a bit now and this is my first time on the forum. If anyone has any information for lending in Alambama, that would be fantastic. Looking to make my first purchase in the state and we have a few options but would love to get some better options for landing in the state. Thanks!

Josh are you from alabama as well. I'm in california and looking to buy rental in alabama but not sure yet which area to look for ?

@Josh Westergard Because of overlays one lender could be good compare to other lender in your loan scenario. You have to look for lender who can give you best option for your loan scenario.
