Direct Lending Partners (DLP) Line of credit

I was thinking about setting up a LOC with DLP. they asked for $695 appraisal fee upfront and additional 6k to start the $1mil line of credit. Has anyone had any success with the loan product?

    I am looking into it as well, but the Proline at $10MM.  I haven't found any horror stories yet.

    I have seen some bad reviews on here, but on yelp found some good ones.
