Portfolio Lender Needed **Gulf Shores, Alabama**

Hey y'all, I'm in need of a lender for a beach condo that isn't with Fannie or Freddie because of an issue with an HOA yearly budget. I'm based in Nashville. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Hey @Adam Roth I am curious why do you think you need a portfolio lender for a single beach condo?

    @Jason Shackleton The 2 conventional lenders I've spoken to would require me to put 25% down and i was told to try a portfolio lender for anything less in this situation...
