Search this forum for "Anderson", and you will find at least a dozen of threads discussing this firm. Not sure if Main Street has been brought up, I'm not familiar with them. There're several other firms offering packaged legal and tax services.
The most common approach is to hire two separate professionals: 1) a local attorney for asset protection 2) a real estate accountant who does not have to be local. For attorneys, ask for local investor references. For accountants, browse this forum.
