Looking for an accountant/CPA.

I am new to investing, just one month in and only my first deal done. 

I have my LLC set up but need an accountant who makes it a priority to get back to clients timely, embraces new technology, and invests in real estate themselves.

I do not mind if they are not in my area so long as they are able understand my state tax/case law and help me know what is best.
