Looking for real estate attorney St Pete/Tampa

I am expanding my investment portfolio, with an offer on my first STR in the St Pete area and the goal of several more in the next 24 months. I am looking for a real estate attorney with experience closing STRs in the St Pete area and writing up pm contracts etc. Does anyone have a good recommendation? Thank you.
