I am helping seller in Georgia who has an auto lien on his home. I understand the stature of limitation is 7 years in Georgia. The lien judgement was 10 years ago.. what does that really mean? Does this mean when he sells his house, the lien cannot be enforced?

You likely heard that there is a seven year period after which a judgment lien potentially goes dormant under Georgia law. However, the judgment lien can be renewed by the creditor repeatedly each seven year period and it is not clear from your question whether that has occurred. The answer is that "it depends" on more specific facts, which you should speak to an attorney and/or title insurer about.
